Very old agricultural workers cottage from the farming days in Central Greenwich. It's a piece of Southern N. B. history. There is a garage/storage building and all in need of repair. Main building sits on a concrete crawl space that looks more recent that the rest of the buildings .Access through the floor in the attached portion of the structure. A breaker box and some wiring in the main building. Needs to be connected by NB power. Caution needed due to small animals finding shelter in the attached portion. Porcupine's have been sighted.
